You’ll learn the 6 killer questions in Voice of the Customer Research, tactics for reaching 100 customers, the best types of research given your technology and stage of development, and importantly, how to translate your research into a growth strategy that drives results.
We’ll look at the subtle differences in customer research if your product is a drug, device, diagnostic or app. You’ll do an exercise in class that will lay out the first stages of your customer research plan and you’ll received feedback from the instructor.
Group work will enable you to benefit from other entrepreneurs designing their research plans.
