The University City Science Center is a key player in driving economic impact in the Philadelphia region. We’re in the business of helping bright ideas become businesses while nurturing a workforce to support our 21st century economy. We operate in three distinct but interconnected ways: we help commercialize; we convene; and we cultivate the STEM talent pipeline.

We’re always looking for an extra hand at our weekly Thursday gatherings. If you want to give back to the community or support entrepreneurship, check out our volunteer program that trains ambassadors to assist in a variety of areas.

Venture Café is proud to source speakers from a variety of places in our community! Speaking opportunities are open to all, please visit our website if you would like to propose a session.

Membership at ic@3401 gives you access to over 250 vetting mentors, subject matter experts and service providers as well as one-on-one mentorship. We’re focused on helping you pilot your prototype, get first revenue, establish corporate partnerships, hire talent and raise capital.
