Joelene Joinvil

Joelene Joinvil joined the Science Center in 2024. As a Program Facilitator, Joelene is responsible for or organizing, facilitating and leading middle school and high school STEM programs with Philadelphia youth.

Prior to working for the Science Center, Joelene was an Academic Advisor at LNESC's Upward Bound. She has been in education related positions for almost 10 years! Joelene has a bachelor's in psychology and Spanish from Susquehanna University, as well as a Masters in Public Administration at Rutgers Camden.

When Joelene isn't at the Science Center, you can find her at PyroPilates, hanging out with her cats, or building Legos. She also finds new hyper fixations regularly and is always happy to talk someone's ears off about it!
