Angela Tontaro

Angela Tontaro joined the Science Center as the Assistant Controller in June 2020. In her role as Director of Accounting, Angela manages all of the day-to-day accounting functions of the organization including establishing and maintaining fiscal policies and procedures, creating and monitoring internal controls, and preparing and analyzing financial reporting packages for Executive Leadership. She also takes a key role in the Science Center’s annual budgeting process.

Before joining the Science Center, Angela was the Reporting Manager at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Prior to that, Angela worked on SEC reporting for REIT portfolios. Angela received her bachelor’s degree from Widener University. In her free time, Angela can usually be found cheering on her favorite Italian soccer team!
