Wexford Science & Technology Signs University of Pennsylvania Health System to Additional 55,900 Square Feet in the Heart of Philadelphia's Growing Science Center

Wexford Science & Technology, a BioMed Realty (NYSE: BMR) company, today announced that the University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS) has exercised an option on its current lease to expand to an additional two floors, or 55,900 square feet, in the new 3737 Market Street building on the University City Science Center's campus being developed jointly by Wexford and the Science Center. As a result of this expansion, UPHS will occupy 211,600 square feet or eight floors of this new building, which is expected to be completed in the Fall of this year. Click Here to learn more.
