Lunch for Hungry Minds with Joseph W. Freeman

Join us for lunch with Joseph W. Freeman from Rutgers University, Department of Biomedical Engineering. He focuses on the production and development of functional, biological scaffolds that can be implanted and degrade over time. Due to their unique structure and composition, they support the regeneration of bone, ligament, muscle, and cartilage tissues when integrated with existing tissue. His current project, Regennera, is a load-bearing, synthetic bone graft that guides the formation of healthy bone tissue in orthopedic patients.
