The Art of Science Inspires Residency Program at Biotech Company

A new kind of interdisciplinary artistic collaboration is happening in Philadelphia this fall. Interdependent “Mesh” of Art and Science on Display at Esther Klein Gallery

While art and science are often thought of as two completely separate modes of thought, they are much more closely connected than one might think. From August 14th through the 16th, the University City Science Center will kick off the second FirstHand Teachers Institute. The institute, which debuted in the summer of 2016, provides Philadelphia-based middle school educators an opportunity for professional development related to STEM education.
