Due Diligence Deep Dive

We’ll cover the information investors expect to see including financial, legal, technical, and operational

One-on-One Feedback Sessions

Receive personalized guidance from investors, payors, providers, and other industry leaders

Stress Test Scenarios

We simulate real startup challenges to assess and improve your response as a CEO

Mock Board Meetings

Engage in realistic boardroom discussions to refine communication and decision-making skills

Eligibility

We're seeking medtech, digital health, or healthcare technology companies who:

  • Have raised at least $500k (others may be considered) and seeking to raise $1M - 5M in institutional investment over the next year
  • Have identified a market need with clear understanding of how the startup will be feasible, impactful, and scalable
  • Are able to be on site in Philadelphia and engaged for an intensive, 5-day program​

Before you apply:

  • Capital Readiness Program is free if your company is selected from the competitive application process, however participants must cover travel expenses.
  • There is no pitch competition or demo day as part of the program.
  • While the program equips founders with the necessary skills and knowledge to attract investment, it does not provide direct capital funding.
Items needed to complete the application:
  • one-page executive summary
  • 10-slide investor deck
  • non-confidential, one-page technical summary
