Kristy Traylor

Kristy joined the Science Center in November, 2017. As Vice President of People and Culture, Kristy is responsible for setting, implementing, and evaluating the organization’s policies and best practices for people and culture, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.

Kristy has had the privilege of working in Human Resources for many years across many areas, including the manufacturing, finance and international non-profit sectors.

When Kristy isn't at the Science Center, you can find her doing something active, and, preferably, outdoors. She also spends a lot of time with her two daughters, searching out as many adventures as possible.
