Kristy Traylor

Kristy joined the Science Center in November, 2017. As SVP Operations, Kristy partners with the CEO to ensure that the organization’s leadership and operations effectively support and advance its strategy and achieve its purpose.

Much of Kristy’s career has been working in Human Resources and People Operations across many areas, including the manufacturing, finance and international nonprofit sectors. She has learned how effective operations and systems are inextricably linked with high performing teams and leaders focused on continuous growth and ownership.

When Kristy isn't at the Science Center, you can find her doing something active, and, preferably, outdoors. She also spends a lot of time with her two daughters, searching out as many adventures as possible.
