The University City Science Center is bringing a leader in the medical device industry as its new president and CEO.
Tiffany Wilson — who most recently led an Atlanta-based nonprofit focused on medical device commercialization, the Global Center for Medical Innovation (GCMI) — will start in the role on Oct. 1.
Her appointment comes nearly six months after former Science Center CEO Steve Zarrillistepped down from the position to focus on his recovery from a stroke. Curtis Hess, the Science Center's senior vice president for real estate operations, has been serving as interim president and CEO as the board searched for a replacement.
