Rosita Rice Johnson

Rosita Rice Johnson joined the Science Center in 2019. As Maintenance/Scheduler Planner Rosita’s role was responsible for managing the work order system, customer service to tenants and vendors, and scheduling operational inspections of the buildings.

On January 1, 2020, Rosita was promoted to Assistant Property Manager for Science Center buildings. Rosita is responsible for positive communication with tenants and provide administrative support to Property Managers.

Before joining the Science Center, I was an Assistant Facility Manager for Dow Chemical.

Rosita received her Associates degree in Business Management from The University of Phoenix

When Rosita is not at the Science Center, she is spending time hosting family, and traveling to different places around the world.
