The Science Center assists companies throughout the business cycle of commercialization, seeking to maximize returns for the researcher, scientist, inventor, and the local economy.  The Science Center provides support and assistance for researchers throughout the process of development, technology transfer, commercialization, and reinvestment. 

In collaboration with various regional laboratory facilities and experienced scientists, the Science Center can facilitate faster, non-clinical developments, leading to the filing of an U.S. IND (Investigational New Drug) application, for example, to initiate clinical trials.
